A Seasonal Nature & Yoga Experience
Join us at the beautiful SoEarth Projects in Kill, Co. Kildare for a special gathering marking the arrival of the Bealtaine season, an ancient Celtic celebration that welcomes the beginning of summer and the brighter half of the year.
Bealtaine symbolises a time when the earth is fully alive with growth, vitality and possibility. A moment in the seasonal calendar that invites us to step out of winter’s inward energy and into expansion, connection and renewed life.
This retreat is a gentle pause within daily life and reconnect yourself, with nature and others. We will move between the outdoors and indoors, beginning with a mindful walk through the beautiful natural surroundings of SoEarth Projects. This quiet time in nature allows the senses to soften and the nervous system to begin settling.
We will then gather indoors for ceremonial cacao, a traditional plant medicine known for its grounding and heart-opening qualities. This will gently guide us into a slow, breath-led yoga practice, designed to release tension in the body, encourage deeper breathing and support the nervous system, to create space for energy and vitality within the body for the summer ahead.
The session will close with a deeply rejuvenating guided meditation and reflection circle, creating space to integrate the experience and connect with others who have shared the journey.

Mindful movement, breathwork and meditation can help to release stored tension in the body, improve emotional clarity and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Sharing these experiences within a supportive group also encourages a sense of community and belonging.
Science-Based Benefits
Research shows that gentle yoga, breathwork and meditation practices can:
• Reduce stress hormones such as cortisol
• Support nervous system regulation and relaxation
• Improve sleep quality
• Increase circulation and mobility
• Enhance mood and emotional wellbeing
• Improve focus and mental clarity
Spending time in nature has also been shown to reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure and support overall mental health. Even short mindful walks outdoors can positively influence mood, attention and nervous system balance.
Choosing Your Session
Morning Session – 10am to 1pm
A Fresh Start
The morning session is a beautiful way to begin the day, aligning with the uplifting energy of the Bealtaine season. Through mindful time in nature, cacao, breath-led yoga and meditation, this gathering invites a sense of freshness, clarity and renewed energy. It’s an opportunity to awaken the body and mind and step into the day feeling light, open and connected.
Afternoon Session – 2pm to 5pm
The Energy of the Longer Day
The afternoon session embraces the vibrant energy of early May, when the days are longer and the natural world is in full bloom. With time outdoors, cacao, breath-led yoga and meditation, this gathering is an opportunity to fully enjoy the brightness of the season, reconnect with nature and share a nourishing afternoon with community.
As April unfolds, spring begins to fully awaken. The days feel brighter, the air softer, and there’s a quiet sense of energy building in nature. Our April Serenity is designed to help you meet this season with intention, creating space to reset, restore and gently step forward into the months ahead.
We’ll begin outdoors with a mindful forest-bathing walk through the water gardens and private woodland of the estate. A calm way to arrive, regulate the nervous system and open the senses. April is a beautiful time to reconnect with rhythm, refresh your energy and allow new ideas, intentions and possibilities to begin taking shape.
From there, we’ll move indoors for a cup of ceremonial cacao, a gentle heart-centred ritual to support presence, emotional clarity and inner connection. This is a quiet space to reflect, set intentions for the season ahead and soften into stillness before we move.
We’ll then flow into gentle, accessible yoga. A nourishing practice to release tension, support circulation and mobility, and invite a sense of steadiness and renewed energy. Think slow, grounding movement, breath-led pacing and plenty of options so you feel supported exactly as you are.
We’ll close with a restorative guided meditation to integrate the day, settle the nervous system and anchor what you’re taking forward.
