Anam Kara - Autumn Abundance

Sale Price: €50.00 Original Price: €55.00

Join us for a soulful autumn morning at the brand new Anam Kara at Glendalough House. Together with Sophie & Saoirse, we’ll gather in circle, sip warming cacao, and sink into slow, somatic movement and yin-inspired yoga. You’ll be guided into deep stillness and meditation, with space to gently release what no longer serves and honour how far you’ve come this year.

We’ll step outside for a mindful forest-bathing practice, tuning our senses to the colours, sounds and grounding presence of nature in autumn. Closing with a circle, card-pulling ritual and a special sneak peek tour of Anam Kara, this is a seasonal pause to feel calm, collected, connected - and grateful for the abundance of the year so far.

When: Saturday 25 October, 10am–1pm
Where: Anam Kara, Glendalough House, Annamoe, Co. Wicklow

Meet Your Hosts …

🌿 Your Host – Sophie Anderton

Founder of Anam Kara | Wellness Advocate | Nature Enthusiast

Sophie’s wellness journey began after a childhood accident left her unable to walk for three years. When modern medicine failed, ancient healing practices such as reflexology and acupuncture helped her recover, sparking a lifelong passion for holistic health. She went on to explore yoga, meditation, movement and contrast therapy, proving that “it’s never too late” for the body and mind to transform.

She founded Anam Kara, a new wellness centre at Glendalough House, as a space for community, restoration and connection to nature. Sophie’s vision is to create a modern sanctuary in the Wicklow Mountains, blending ancient healing practices with contemporary wellness.

🌿 Your Host – Saoirse Doyle

What do I need to bring?

We will send out a detailed list of what to bring, for now just excitement and enthusiasm for our day.

What is Cacao?

In it's rawest form, cacao is a heart-opening beneficial medicinal plant. It is consumed in ceremony as a warm drink . We source our ceremonial grade cacao directly from it origin in the jungle rainforests of Guatemala.
