Bloom - A Bealtaine Yoga & Nature Gathering

€36.00

A Seasonal Nature & Yoga Experience

Join us at the beautiful SoEarth Projects in Kill, Co. Kildare for a special gathering marking the arrival of the Bealtaine season, an ancient Celtic celebration that welcomes the beginning of summer and the brighter half of the year.

Bealtaine symbolises a time when the earth is fully alive with growth, vitality and possibility. A moment in the seasonal calendar that invites us to step out of winter’s inward energy and into expansion, connection and renewed life.

This retreat is a gentle pause within daily life and reconnect yourself, with nature and others. We will move between the outdoors and indoors, beginning with a mindful walk through the beautiful natural surroundings of SoEarth Projects. This quiet time in nature allows the senses to soften and the nervous system to begin settling.

We will then gather indoors for ceremonial cacao, a traditional plant medicine known for its grounding and heart-opening qualities. This will gently guide us into a slow, breath-led yoga practice, designed to release tension in the body, encourage deeper breathing and support the nervous system, to create space for energy and vitality within the body for the summer ahead.

The session will close with a deeply rejuvenating guided meditation and reflection circle, creating space to integrate the experience and connect with others who have shared the journey.
