Christmas Pause : Saturday 27th Dec | Afternoon
Join us for a gentle afternoon - evening retreat between Christmas & New Year - step out of the holiday rush, soften into your body, centre your mind and reconnect with what matters. As we come to that in-between stretch of days, when we lose track of dates and time, the celebrations have quietened and there’s a gentle pull to slow down after the rush of Christmas. With children off school and the world still half-asleep, take a few hours just for you.
This retreat is a space to calm, restore and rejuvenate - a simple pause before the noise of resolutions and “new year, new me” begins.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with a few quiet moments outside in the meditation garden, breathing in the crisp winter air, grounding into the earth and settling the body after the fullness of Christmas.
From there, we’ll move indoors to share a warm cup of cacao - a gentle way to soften, open the heart and arrive fully into the space.
Our yoga practice will be slow and nurturing. A blend of gentle movement, supported poses and deep rest. Suitable for all levels. it’s a chance to restore tired energy and invite the body to settle after the busyness of the season.
We’ll close with a moment of stillness and reflection - time to integrate, breathe and reconnect before you head back into the rhythm of the season.
You’ll leave feeling rested, balanced and quietly uplifted - that lovely feeling of being both grounded and renewed.
This is for you if…
• You feel the need to pause and reconnect with yourself
• You want to transition consciously from the holiday rush into calmer rhythms
• You value movement, nature, cacao, breath and connection
