What do I need to bring?
We will send out a detailed list of what to bring, for now just excitement and enthusiasm for our day.
Who are we?
Saoirse is a Cacao practitioner, hiking guide and the owner of Cróga Comforts. She set up Cróga Comforts to create a space to make it easy to purchase safe, simple, clean and natural products. With a love for all things natural, her goal is to help others find the magical benefits from nature and all it’s glory, be it in simple, clean and natural products or immersing ones-self in nature to rejuvenate the soul.
What is Cacao?
In it's rawest form, cacao is a heart-opening beneficial medicinal plant. It is consumed in ceremony as a warm drink . We source our ceremonial grade cacao directly from it origin in the jungle rainforests of Guatemala.
Can I bring my dog?
Whilst we love our little furry friends, this is not a dog friendly morning.
This is however a dog friendly place to visit another day.
