Nurtured - Mother's Day | 15th March
A Mother–Daughter Experience
Join us for a gentle, connective Mother’s Day afternoon - a chance to step out of the everyday and into shared presence, laughter, movement, and nourishment.
This experience is designed for mothers and daughters (adult or teen, one or more daughters welcome) to spend intentional time together - not rushing, not performing, simply being and being together
Mother’s Day can often pass in a blur of meals, expectations and plans for others.
This is an invitation to do something different:
to move together, share cacao, create warmth through connection and enjoy time that feels both meaningful and light.
Rather than going inward, this afternoon is about togetherness - conversation, gentle playfulness and shared experience. Leaving you feeling connected, nourished and softly uplifted.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with a short, grounding arrival outdoors, taking a few moments to land, breathe, and gently arrive together before moving inside.
From there, we’ll gather to share a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, creating a relaxed, open atmosphere - a chance to settle in, connect and enjoy the moment side by side.
Our partner yoga practice will be gentle, accessible, and playful.
Designed specifically for mothers and daughters, it will include:
Supported stretches
Shared movement
Moments of laughter and ease
Options for all bodies and experience levels
This is not about perfect poses - it’s about connection, trust and presence.
Following yoga, we’ll enjoy a short guided meditation and reflection, offering a moment to settle, integrate and be in harmony.
We’ll close with some nourishing snacks together a relaxed, social pause to chat, connect with others and enjoy being unrushed.and appreciate the shared experience before heading back into the rest of the day.
You’ll leave feeling connected, cared for and quietly full. A lovely feeling of having spent time well.
