Serenity with Saoirse is built around creating a sense of calm, clarity and steadiness - physically and mentally.
Through in-person and online experiences including yoga, meditation, breathwork and small group sessions, each offering is designed to help regulate the body, ease tension and give the mind a chance to slow down. Practices are kept simple and accessible, with the focus on how people feel rather than how things look.
Time spent in natural settings is often part of this, as it has been shown to lower stress levels, support the nervous system and improve mood and focus. When combined with gentle movement and stillness, it allows the body to settle and reset more easily.
Cacao is included in some sessions - a natural, minimally processed form of chocolate traditionally used in ceremony, known for supporting mood and a sense of relaxation.
Whether indoors, outdoors, online or in person, the aim is the same - to create a space where you can step in, take a break from the usual pace, and leave feeling clearer, more settled and physically better in yourself.

Saoirse Doyle is a yoga teacher, cacao facilitator and nature-led guide, creating experiences that bring people together through movement, time outdoors and simple, grounding practices.
Through classes, events and retreats, she combines yoga, meditation, cacao and guided walks in a way that is accessible, well-paced and easy to take part in, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.
Over the past few years, she has worked with thousands of people across Wicklow and beyond, delivering in-person and online experiences designed to help people feel calmer, more balanced and more settled in themselves.
Having grown up in the countryside, working in natural environments is a natural extension of her approach, using outdoor settings alongside structured practice to support both body and mind.
